No girls now what?

Oh no I don't want to learn that and I am thrilled that I know someone willing to do it. I told him it had to be quick. I was able to take some photos today of the boys please tell me if there's a cross dresser in there!...This is really making lemonade out of lemons.

sorry I did that posting from the camera phone, and it was difficult so I posted separately, gosh I am disappointed they are not clearer they are always on the move. In that last photo the bird on the right doesn't have the markings any chance that one is a girly?

All the ones you posted are males. Not all are red sex links, but they will be tasty.

lol tasty... poor things... I was told Leg Horns straight run. At least that is what I thought they said I do remember straight run and mixed but I was busy out running from thing to do and thing to do and when they said 1.00 I said WOW bargain! I don't think I have seen mixed birds from a hatchery but I am new to all this and maybe that is not true. And I really don't know where I came out as far a feed goes cause I am feeding others at the same time but I know these guys run through it fast. I just hope that they do cook up nice I will let them sit 2-3 days as suggested. Hope I can eat it, I might be thinking about it running around playing tag in the yard with their kid brothers.

LOL.. the first chicken my fiance butcherd... I had her eat it the same day.. took her a bit.. but after the first bite she was hooked :) she told me later if I would have let her wait a few days she probably couldnt have eaten it.. as it was.. gave her less time to think about it ;)

Well my neighbor did the deed he asked what I wanted out of it I said I want them to look like they came from publix no feet no beaks! Lol. So I let them sit for three days and then we cooked them they were skinny birds legs didn't look store bought but I know they are not meat bird and not some industry created bird so not surprised and the taste was good kinda like Cornish hen but some was tough and some was not. I've been thinking about this and maybe it was a little under done. I was afraid to over cook. Anyone have thoughts on this?
