Can pullets really crow?

i concur,, definitly a cockerel and definitly not a RIR,, my guess would tend more toward olive egger as they are more likely to be beardless than easter eggers do to the crossbreeding done to get them
 
I have a 1 1/2 year old bantam Cochin who crows constantly and she's not at the top of the pecking order. She never shuts up!! This morning my son said he could hear her all the out front . I get 5-7 eggs a week from her. She's my only bantam in the flock .

Yep, and as stated she's an older bird, not a pullet.
