In the Brooder
I'm so excited!!! e
Big Ma (one of my brown leghorns has been hiding eggs from me!! I found out today!
I inmediatly candled them very carefully, and it looks like they are about in their 14-16th day, most of them though!! so I'm expecting them to hatch on the 6th-10th (July)
I really do hope they are all fertilized, because I've been changing the rooster into a separate pen due to one of my chickens being mean to all the other chickens. Hazel(my grey bantam/leghorn mix) got hurt in her head and she was bleeding poor thing, she's better now though!
BTW what do y'all guys I should do with Blackie?(the mean chicken)
hatch-a-long with me Guys!!
(I guess blackie is being mean because I have them in separated coops) I have Hazel and Big ma in a coop, and My rooster and Blackie in another one. How hazel got hurt was when I let them to roam out of their pens and blackie started attacking them both (Hazel and Big ma) every time she sees them she tries to hurt them! what should I do?!?!
