She has black legs and feet, a single comb, and a black/green tint with some brown on her neck. She is not laying yet because she is only 3 1/2 months.

Hi :welcome

Glad you could join the flock! I would say she is a black sex link pullet. She should make a great egg layer for you when she gets going. Wishing you the very best of luck with her in the future.

Be sure to ask any questions that you may have, everyone here to help and very friendly.

Enjoy BYC and all the chicken chat :frow

Thanks! @Yorkshire coop I am glad there are people on here that can tell me what the breeds of my chickens are because I was never told when I got them:)

Welcome to BYC!

I agree with Yorkshire coop...she looks like a Black Sex Link. They (along with the Red Sex Links) are terrific egg producers and you'll get a lot of eggs from her.

Nice to have you join us, hope you're enjoying your chickens!

Welcome to BYC! Please make yourself at home and we are here to help.

Yup, that is definitely a black sex link hen. She is very pretty! Once she starts laying, she will be a little egg machine! Sex links are known for their good laying abilities. You'll be getting lots of eggs out of her!

Can I have a little more help on what my rooster may be? I have people saying he may be a cross between two breeds like a Rhode Island Red x with a Barnevelder. Or a Rhode Island Red x with a golden lace. Here are some of his pictures
