my 9 week old legbar began acting strange yesterday. She's been keeping one eye closed & is lethargic. She keeps falling asleep. She wasn't coming down from the roost & she was having diarrhea. She's also loosing feathers. I've separated her and am making her drink water with vitamins/electrolytes. She'll drink if I drip her beak, but I haven't seen her drink on her own. I got her to eat a little yogurt & scrambled an egg for her, but she's not interested in that.
Any other suggestions or any idea what could be wrong with her?

That doesn't sound good. However, she can get better if the cause can be identified. Keep her drinking electrolytes and vitamins. Keep her warm and resting and separate her from the others, so she doesn't pass it to them. Here are some symptoms to look for:
Are her droppings just loose or are they green?
Does she have discharge from the eyes or nose or swelling of her face?
Does she have wet or dry pox on her head or in her throat?
Does she have mites or lice?
Is she being bullied by the others?
Does she have worms?
Is she breathing with a click, rasping, or breathing with her mouth open?
Is her crop full, empty, or watery?
Are there any injuries on her?

I hope she gets better soon.

I have almost the same issues with my Cream Legbar pullet;
Green watery stool
Eyes closed almost all the time
Lethargic
After almost a month of that she seems to have a bit more energy. I have been feeding her yogurt and forcing her to drink Gatorade. She won’t drink on her own. She’s light as a feather. I also gave her antibiotics (in water) hoping it would clear up whatever it was but it didn’t. I also laid her in a warm water bath incase she was possibly egg bound but that made little difference. She’s very unstable on her feet and seems to have some vision issues, she pecks at things that aren’t quite there.
This is her today after a month. Any tips would be so appreciated.

I'm glad she seems to be doing better!
Long-term illnesses can lead to some permanent damage, so she may always be a little unsteady or weak. I had a young chicken who was apparently landed on by another chicken and it left her with brain damage. She tended to peck at nothing also and walked in circles a lot, but she managed to eat and drink on her own.
