So far the Henspa has been great.  The features of having a heated water bucket, a built in feeder that holds 50 pounds of feed has been nice. 

I love having the run for them to be able to be in the sun, until I can let them out to freerange.  So far it has been well worth the money spent.

The henspa is still great.  I eventually bought a 3 gallon heated waterer and placed it inside, upstairs in a corner. It is right there to remove and refill. I was concerned about my banties reaching the nipples. Over time the bucket didn't hold very well on the hook. etc. I might use it in the summer, but for the winter what I have is easier.  The roll out nest is nice. Eventually though I went ahead and added rabbit straw so they could build a nest and enjoy laying.  This stopped the laying on the ground pretty quickly.  They can also eat it if they like and the eggs stay cleaner.  Also they seem to lay better because they see that hey, that is where they lay.  I use to take them all the time, now I let them pile up and wait until they are done. Overall though, I love the henspa.  There is a new company out there and it looks sweet too. Same price range. I don't see how they could get access outside on thier own though.  Somedays my girls don't get out, but they can bask in the sun in the run area. My two cents.
