Page created by:4-Hmom We live on 5 acres of land outside of Toledo, Ohio. We have 5 kids and one on the way. Our kids have 2 nubian goats, 15 rabbits, and 6 random bantams. We also have 50 sex linked laying hens. We love 4-H and my husband and I just started the only 4-H club in Toledo (Only the outlying cities had clubs). We are very excited that my 8 year old is going to start 4-H this year and we have taken him to chicken shows and looked in books until he decided that he wanted gold laced polish. We lucked out and found some near us that look very good. Now, we are going to try hatching chicks. Wish us luck! |
