15 Ways to Avoid Becoming a Chicken Couch Potato

Excellent article about most of the common pitfalls of watching too much chicken TV, and how to (attempt to) stop. After six years of daily chicken TV, I must say it's nearly impossible to quit. I don't know what I would do with the extra hour or two or three that would be empty in my day. It makes me sad just thinking about it, and I think I need to go hug my chickens to feel better

Very funny and well written! There should be a Chicken TV watchers anonymous (CWA) but all we would do is talk about watching chickens.

Agreed! 👍👍
Wow, I sure hope this article was written for humor purposes, it was crazy funny. No matter what anyone says. I will ALWAYS, Talk to my chickens, watch them, feed them treats, and watch Chicken TV. What is the good of chickens if you do not enjoy them? No offense to whoever wrote this but I do not agree! I have a tv, but I don't watch it much. Maybe once a week. I don't really like tv. But my chickens are much, much, more interesting than regular TV. So I say unto you people everyone enjoy your chickens! Really Fun article! :D

Well, guess I should have read this article before I got chickens!
We are thoroughly addicted to chicken tv, and very happy about it. Thank you for a fun article!
Think I’ll go watch a little chicken tv . . . .:lau:lau:lol::ya
Busted!!!!!!!!! The only way I could be rehabilitated is to no longer have chickens..... Addicted. For. Life
Funny article, and oh so true. A lot of good tips, but it’s TOO LATE for me. Fluffy little balls of feathers immediately catch my attention.

:lauHopefully this article will help me get out of this habit
amazing 5 stars for a good laugh and info
but I'm way down the slope and i want my whole life to be about chickens and fowl
I wish I owned a hatchery
wow I need therapy
Absolutely hilarious and completely relatable. Especially that barefoot one 😬
I have a hay bale couch next to the chicken coop. 😂
Very helpful. I have been plagued by chicken TV for too long.
5 stars for humor!
This article had me laughing throughout, beginning with Guideline #1. I must however take exception to guideline #12. Sure, watching plain ol' eggs may be a good compromise. But candling a developing embryo inside an egg, and watching a chick hatch out of an egg, will likely result in a chicken tv relapse even greater than if the chicken tv addict had stuck to merely watching adult chickens.😂
Hilarious! We all need chicken humor in our lives.
Concise and well written, obviously from experience! Reading this article carefully could boost a person on the way to recovery or perhaps even save them from the slippery slope altogether.
I’d say more, but I need to get out there and watch my chickens ?
