(a) It shall be unlawful for the owner, or any representative of the owner, to permit, or suffer, any chickens, or other poultry of any kind, to go upon the streets, sidewalks, public ways or upon the property or premises of any other person. (b) all yards and enclosures where chickens or other poultry are kept shall be maintained in a sanitary condition in compliance with the state sanitary code and the regulations of the health unit. |
