It is unlawful for any person to permit or allow any such animal or fowl to trespass on the property of another, alleys or public grounds of the city. If a chicken (or any other animal) dies, you must dispose of its carcass within 10 hours. They cannot be buried within the closely inhabited portion of the city. |
