Additional Information | Sec. 4-8. Fowl and rabbits. Fowl and rabbits shall be kept in a secure pen or enclosure that is at least 30 feet from any inhabited dwelling, other than that of the owner. It shall be unlawful to raise or keep fowl or rabbits on property zoned other than agricultural for commercial purposes. The raising or keeping of fowl or rabbits is prohibited in residential areas.
