Ingredients:


3 cups any fruit you want to use
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Nutmeg and ginger mixed
2 tsp. Baking soda

For icing:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
8 oz. Cream cheese

Cooking Instructions


For cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drain fruit of any excess juice if any.
Mix ingredients together one at a time until completely mixed.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
Baking time varies with oven or fruit you are using

For icing:
Mix ingredients until completely integrated and spread on cooled cake
