4 c. peeled, diced granny smith apples
2 c. flour, sifted
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients and pour into a cake pan (sheet or bundt). Bake for about 1 hour at 325° or until fork comes out clean.
