Ingredients: 3 cans Tomato Sauce 1-1/2 tbsp Italian Seasoning 1 to 1-1/2 lbs Ground Beef, Chicken or Turkey 1/2 cup Chopped or Grated Yellow Onion 3 cloves Chopped or Grated Fresh Garlic Cooking Instructions Brown meat until fully cooked. Drain. In a large microwave safe bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in microwave. Cook on 50% power for 20 minutes. Stir. Cook another 20 minutes on 50% power.
