Even if you have a small flock of three hens or maybe you have 30 chickens, you need to be prepared for emergencies. Always have medical tape, med scissors, sport guaze, and duct tape for your flock. Also you should have blue kote in hand in case of a wound. If you have an injury to the eye, then get distillled water, that you can put slowly into it’s eye. I don’t really have a question. Just a statement really. So I know a lot of people don’t want to buy a coop so my family converted a old playhouse into a a coop. Instead of buying a coop you can just make with what you have. If you have an old shed, playhouse, wardrobe or even a old pickup truck. There is a lot of ideas on Pinterest and online.
