Ingredients: 2 graham cracker pie shells 1 lg. container of Coolwhip 1 can condensed milk 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room 1 qt. blueberries, fresh or frozen temperature 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts Cooking Instructions Cream together the condensed milk, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Fold in the coolwhip, blueberries, and nuts. Pour into crust and refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.

Ingredients: 4 lbs. unpeeled apples 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 c. sugar 1 tsp. ground cloves 2 c. apple juice 1/3 tsp. allspice Cooking Instructions Quarter apples and put in crockpot. Pour in remaining ingredients. Set crockpot on low and cook 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove lid last 3-4 hours. Blend in blender when done and put in jars and seal. Makes approximately 5 pints.

Ingredients: 1 (46-oz.) can frozen pineapple juice 1 (46-oz.) can frozen orange juice 1 small can frozen lemonade 2 bottles ginger ale 1/2 c. sugar Cooking Instructions Mix all ingredients well and pour into punch bowl. Served chilled.
