Ingredients: 3qts blueberries 1-2 Tbs. clear jell 3 c. sugar 1 qt. water Cooking Instructions In a large saucepan bring sugar water and berrries to a boil.mix clear jell with about 1 cup of water in a bowl. Dissolve well and add to boiling blueberry mixture.When thickened spoon into clean jars .Seal and process at 5 lbs. pressure for 5 min. If no pressure cooker i available,process in hot water bath for 15-20 min Makes 8 pints. I use this for Blackberry also.
Ingredients: 6 lbs. tart apples 4 1/2 cups sugar 1 cup corn starch 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 3Tbs.Lemon juice Cooking Instructions Blend together sugar cornstarch spices and tsp. salt.stir in 10 cups water. Cook and stir untill bubbly. Add lemon juice .Add apples and put into hot jars leaving 1/2 inch head spce.Seal process in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.Makes 6 quarts.
Ingredients: 6 c. fresh peaches sliced 2 C. crushed pineapple undrained 6 C. sugar 1-6 oz.pkg orange Jello Cooking Instructions Cook fruit and sugar for 20 min over medium heat, Stirring constantly.Remove from heat and stir in Jello.Stir untill dissolved.Put in hot Jars and seal .water bath 10 min.
