Ingredients: 3qts blueberries 1-2 Tbs. clear jell 3 c. sugar 1 qt. water Cooking Instructions In a large saucepan bring sugar water and berrries to a boil.mix clear jell with about 1 cup of water in a bowl. Dissolve well and add to boiling blueberry mixture.When thickened spoon into clean jars .Seal and process at 5 lbs. pressure for 5 min. If no pressure cooker i available,process in hot water bath for 15-20 min Makes 8 pints. I use this for Blackberry also.
