1 3-lb. whole Pork Butt or Pork Roast
1 whole Celery
4 whole Onions
4 (10-oz.) bottle favorite BBQ sauce
Cook pork overnight at 200 degrees in oven, for 6-7 hours. Remove fat and bones. Cut onions and entire package of celery into preferred size pieces and mix. Add meat to crock pot. Mix with onions and celery. Pour in and mix BBQ sauce. Cook on LOW for 4 hours. Serve on your favorite buns.
Note: It's going to look as if you have WAY more vegetables than meat. The meat will shred, the vegetables will cook down and you'll have a lot more veggies in your BBQ! I like big veggies, but you might prefer smaller cuts.
