Additional InformationSubsection 2. Use regulations. A. A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes: 1. Any use permitted in the E-1 Estate District. 2. Accessory structures and uses including but not limited to the following: a. One horse shall be permitted on any parcel, tract or lot containing a minimum area of 43,560 sq. ft. (1 acre). For each additional one acre of land contained in such parcel, tract or lot, one additional horse shall be allowed. No horse shall be allowed on any parcel, tract or lot except in accordance with the following provisions: (1) All barns, stables, etc. shall be located at least 70 feet from side lot lines and 35 feet from rear property line. (2) All animals are to be housed, fed, watered and pastured at least 150 feet from any adjacent residential structure. (3) All animals shall be housed and fed in the rear of the owner\'s residence. b. Rabbits and other small animals (maximumof 20) shall be housed not less than 150 feet from any adjacent residential structure with a minimum of 35 feet from any property line. c. Poultry or fowl raising where poultry is used only for personal family consumption; the total flock shall not exceed 25 grown chickens, with not more than two roosters permitted. Poultry, or fowl houses shall not be closer than 15 feet to a property line or 100 feet to the nearest adjacent residential structure. d. Accessory Use Child Care Center.
