Additional Information | - Location restrictions. It shall be unlawful for the owner, possessor or keeper of any cow, bull, steer, calf, horse, mule, sheep, goat, or poultry to keep or possess them within 100 feet of any residence or within 100 feet of any church, school or hospital. - Sanitation. It shall be unlawful for the keeper, possessor or owner of any cow, bull, steer, calf, horse, mule, sheep, goat or poultry to allow to accumulate any quantity of manure, litter or filth incident to the maintenance of such animal or fowl which becomes the source of offensive odors or a breeding place for flies and other insects. (Ord. No. 74-8, § 3, 5-20-74) - Noises prohibited generally. (a) Any unreasonably loud, disturbing, unnecessary noise which causes material distress, discomfort, or injury to persons of ordinary sensibilities in the immediate vicinity thereof is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and is prohibited. (b) Any noise of such character, intensity, and continued duration, which substantially interferes with the comfortable enjoyment of private homes by person of ordinary sensibilities, is declared to be a nuisance in violation of this article, but such enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive. (3) The keeping of any animal or bird which, by causing frequent or long-continued noise, shall disturb the comfort and repose of any person of ordinary sensibilities in the immediate vicinity. |
