  1. Brother Bill
New to chicken farming on a small scale. We have 6 Barred Rocks, 8 Rhode Island Reds (2 roos). 9 X-Rocks (lost one today to the heat) 6 weeks old, 21 x-rocks one week old, and 11 White Leghorn pullets a week old.
We're in Knotts Island, NC. Currituck county between the mainland and the outer banks, North Landing River to our west and Currituck sound to our south, Back Bay to our east and north. Just over the Virginia Beach border. We have to take the ferry or drive through Va. to get "off" the Island.
Looking to learn how to care for these creatures while seeing the glory of God in all His creation, and sharing Him with others.
