Chester (Rhode Island Red/production red)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)
Chester is currently the head roo, although I suppose he is not considered a full roo yet as he and the ladies where hatched sometime in April 2014.He was an unexpected roo in a hatchery order. He is currently going through his first adult molt and I'm expecting a magnificent tail soon. He's a sweet gentle doofus and his ladies seem to love him. He shares all his treats and he is an amazing lookout for hawks. I'm fairly confident that he will have no trouble accepting other males in the flock as long as they behave and don't cause trouble with the ladies.
Hera(Red Sex-Link)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)
Hera is one of the top ranked hens. she is very fond of Chester and is often found quite close to him. I absolutely adore her floppy comb! So far she is the only hen that did not display any chase behavior towards the chicks when they had some supervised interaction time, she only pecked at them if they entered her personal space.
Lilith(Red Sex-Link)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)
Lilith, named for her colour, is a pretty but typical hen. So far she has no stand out personality traits that i have noticed. I will update her profile when I have more to report.
Inanna (Red Sex-Link)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)
Inanna is the lowest ranked hen, but definitely the feistiest. She will attack any small animal or bird that enters the pen and I frequently see her chasing insects. When it comes to Chester though she is the sweetest thing. She cuddles and grooms him all the time.
Isis(Red Sex-Link)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)

(Age in pic: 5-6 months)
Isis is my favorite coloured out of the red sex-links. To me she looks like two different chickens spliced together down the middle.
