Additional Information | Sec. 10-2. Keeping restricted. It shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain or suffer to be kept or maintained any cow, horse, donkey, mule, pig, goat, sheep, goose, chicken, duck, turkey, guinea, or more than one rabbit upon any property or premises within the city, except that either one cow, one horse, one sheep, one milk goat or not more than 12 domestic fowl may be kept in any pen or enclosure of 5,000 square feet in area, or two such animals may be kept in any pen or enclosure of 10,000 square feet in area, provided such pen or enclosure is detached from any dwelling house and that such pen or enclosure is maintained in a sanitary condition and not offensive or dangerous to the public health |
