Chicago Coop

After a few months of my chickens living in a modified swan house at night and under the trampoline during the day, I finally finished my coop. The run is 4'x8' with a 4'x4' enclosed section above one side. I looked at most of the coops on this site and picked out the best features. The exterior walls are insulated with wood siding on the outside and tile board on the inside. The coop size was determined by the size of the plywood so I only needed to buy one sheet. The roosts are removable which are just 2x4s that I angled at the top. I couldn't find windows the right size so I made thermal pane windows with glass on the exterior and plexiglass on the interior. I put stick-on tiles on the floor. The entire coop is vented at the top as there is a 3/4" gap between the top of the walls and the metal roof. The roof overhangs the sides by about 10" on all sides to keep the rain out of the vents. There is also a small permanent vent on each side and a sliding vent on one side. The roof of the nesting box roof is modified roofing so it can swing up without hitting the wall, which I couldn't do with the ribbed steel roof. The door is a dutch door so I can open the top to add food or water and the whole door when I want to clean out the coop. This makes it more difficult for the chickens to escape. The door to the run is the height of the run and about 30" wide so I can fit easily. The run is a 1/2" hardware cloth and the wire on the bottom is 2" fencing. I'd still like to add wheels that I can raise and lower, but I haven't figured that out yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I just bent my two-wheel dolly axle yesterday because the back end is so heavy.
