Ingredients:

2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cups milk
6 cups cooked chicken, cubed

Cooking Instructions

In a large cooking pot, melt margarine or butter. Stir in flour, making a paste. Add the milk and broth. Cook and stir till thickened. Once thickened, add vegetables and chicken. Continue cooking till all is warm. Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes. Salt and Pepper to your liking. Hint #1- For more chicken flavor, add chicken bouillon to the broth before using. Only add bouillon, no extra water. Use as much bouillon as package says for 4 cups. (This is why I do not add salt to recipe.) Hint #2- If using frozen vegetables, cook to directions before using. Hint #3- To make the meal cheaper, use less chicken, but at least use 3 cups. And only one can of vegetables. It will still taste the same.
