Chicken And Rice Casserole

    1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 3/4-oz.) can water
    3/4 cup uncooked white rice
    1 can mixed vegetables (drained)
    3/4 tsp. onion powder
    4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    Cooking Instructions

    In a 12 x 8 casserole dish; stir together soup, water, rice, vegetables, and onion powder. Mix well. Place chicken over rice mixture. Season chicken to your liking. Cover and bake at 375° for 50-60 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle cheese over chicken and rice. Bake uncovered until cheese is melted.

    Note: In place of cheddar cheese, use your favorite kind for a different flavor.
