1 whole chicken or 5 large chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
2-3 (16-oz.) bags frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Cook chicken. Cook broccoli and drain. Place broccoli in bottom of buttered dish. Break chicken up into bite sized pieces and layer over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) and optional curry powder. Pour mixture over chicken. Top with cheese and bake on 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
