This is a great coop and run set-up. Dimensions and build instructions - even generalized ones - would help someone duplicate or adapt it for themselves. That may well rocket this article into a must-read!
So, I got the plans for this coop here: https://steamykitchen.com/20640-the-palace-chicken-coop.html. I didn't pour a concrete foundation like in the plans. Mine sits on treated lumber directly on the ground, but I don't have digging predators to be concerned about. I also did some modifications inside the coop. One, I blocked access to the nesting boxes until they're older and are at the egg laying age. I also built a wall to keep the bedding from spilling out of the doors when they're opened. Oh, the plans have the big door (for human access for cleaning) on the back of the coop. Mine is on the front. The floor of the coop is sloped towards the front door for draining water for the times we do clean the coop with a pressure washer. I also added a chicken ladder for the small chicks to climb up to the roosts. I'll get some additional pictures added, soon.
