    1 onion (diced)
    2 Bone-in chicken breasts
    4-6 corn tortillas
    5 c. chicken broth
    1 (12-oz.) pkg. frozen corn
1 (5-oz.) can diced green chiles
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. crushed chili flakes
    3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

    Cooking Instructions

Combine chicken broth, diced onion, and whole, uncooked chicken breasts. Bring to a boil. Tear up 4-6 corn tortillas and add them to the broth. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour. Remove chicken and take the bones out, dice chicken and return it to the pot. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 10 minutes more.

Note: This soup should be served with tortilla chips (which are placed on the top of the soup right before serving). Also, bowls of sour cream, fresh cilantro, salsa, diced green chiles, and fresh chopped onion should be served alongside as well so that people can add these ingredients to their soup.
