The Coop: is a 2meters long by 1meter by 2meters high with a 1m by 1m by 1m house on top with a nesting box, roast and the food for the chicks inside. The coop is tucked into the corner of the wall otherwise you could use it as a tractor and rap the hole thing in chicken wire.
the back roof and sides are made of tin and plastic roofing so no rain gets in. the chicks food is just all over the place because I'm using a makeshift feeder but they are free ranging so it doesn't mater that much. The nesting box is just a place where the mum (mary) sleeps withe her chicks and the other chook (godz) lays in the shed in a bag full of hay but i don't mind she still lays an egg a day.

the things i would change are: the floor because it is very hard to clean because of the way i set the boards down.
the nesting boxes so it can be gotten in to from the out side.
and i would put an auto water and feeder in so the chickens are easier to take care of.
and of course i would make it bigger!!!!!!!

thanks, please leave a comment :)

...too open to really provide the flock much protection from intruders. And just having feed strewn all over is a good rodent magnet.

Not a coop for a hot weather place or a place that has predators, but probably easy to construct.
