Ingredients:
2 c. Bisquick mix
12 oz. Grated sharp cheddar
1 pkg. hot bulk sausage, cooked & drained
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cheese and cooked sausage together. Mix in Bisquick and shape into balls about the size of a golf ball. Put on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes, until moist & chewy - do not over bake.
