Grit- is rock or sand used to help grind up food (kind of like our stomach) If you are only feeding them feed they won't need it but if you are giving them treats you can just put a bowl of it out for them and they will take what they need (free choice).
Oyster Shells- ground/crushed up oyster shells feed to hens to make strong egg shells, also can feed back crushed egg shells (for more info do a search), like grit give it free choice.
Scratch- a mix of grains including corn, a treat recomended in winter for added calories, for warmth.
Mixed Group feeding-Feed to the youngest group. Broody hen with chicks feed the baby food, etc..

Note: If you run out of feed a week or so before a change in feed go ahead and change it to the new feed and don't worry about it.(Thanks Puck- Puck for reminding me about this)
