I posted my 5 sided design in the Old Barn look about 6 months ago. If 5 is good 10 must be better. While I like the look of cedar, it shrinks and leaves gaps. I've swithced to Hardie soffit for siding. I tried galvanized metal and it looked like a rocket ship. I continue to use cedar for one of the doors and and the trim surrounding the doors.

Here is the 2 story which doubles the floor space and has 2 nests so I can double to 8 full size hens. The pictures yellowed out using a flash. I just didn't want to move it outside for pictures. This house in not completely finished. I need to put a window in the understory.

Thanks for letting me share my coups. Now if we can just get the city ordinances changed, we could start with baby Rhode Island Red chicks in the spring. Thanks for letting me share my coups.
