Love this coop! The nesting boxes hang over the fence so they can be accessed without going into the run. I can store, access and feed from here. There is a door so that I can let them out into the main yard if I want to. Our beagle would love that. Notice the flap covering the linoleum covered floor. My compost heap is just to the right of this picture. (See below)

I have a small chains that holds up the nesting box lid, doors and window flaps.
My yard is surrounded by a 6 foot block fence. Our Beagle patrols for predators.
I had to beef up the fence at the bottom by cutting 24" sections of the roll fencing and making a "C" toward the outside of the fence.
I hooked the 4 ft sections together and now it looks like I have razor wire at the bottom LOL.
I weighted this with concrete blocks so said beagle can't lift it or dig under it.
We have bird netting over the top of the run.
I live in San Tan Valley, AZ (AKA Phoenix area) and it gets hot here so the coop can be vented high up.
Flap covering the removable floor. 4 inch clearance.
I will trade out the stabilizer jacks for pier blocks when I get them.
Back doors open like an armoire. I have full access to every inch of the coop.
The "ladder" (piece of wire, closet shelving) goes up to the roost.
My girls love being WAY UP in the coop and use their ladder just fine.
I can see their little toes from the functional, glass window on the north side. (see in photo above)
I have two vents on the south wall (covered right now because it's winter) that have flaps as well for ventilation.
Their food hopper comes down into that little slot between the nesting box areas. I'm only using one nesting box right now.
I love the big plastic bin for the nesting box, I can lift it right out and clean it. I built the coop to fit the blue bins.
I have two girls but hope to end up with four. I'm only allowed 5 total in my neighborhood.
