Rudy - Our Rooster

Awwww. He looks like our Valentino who was the best rooster husband we have ever had. Look at Rudy's stance in the last picture. He's so proud! He knows he's the best.
Valentino used to have the juvenile chicks gather round him in a half circle and he would demonstrate how to skim grass seeds off a stem. He'd rattle his beak down the stem, then look around at everyone as if to say, "There! See how that's done?" Then he would do it again while they observed. It looked like a bunch of kids in a park gathered around a ranger while he gave a talk.
