Well, ya wanna know what I just did? Typed up a whole friend page, and then I don't even know what happened, but all I know is it dissapeared. 
I'd been working on it for at least an hour. Take two, scene one, and action!
Wow, it has been a whole year on BYC as of today! As I recall my first post was a bit frantic asking for help with a sick chicken. Typical newcomer first post. Lol. But, over the year, I've made some great friends and I just want to give a big thank you to y'all. So, meet my second family, (depending on the day, sometimes you guys are my first family...

Isabella was the first friend I made on BYC. We had seen each other on the new member introduction page, and one day she messaged me on my board, and after chatting back and forth there we started pming and have been great friends ever since. Isabella is a sweet and so very caring friend who really made me feel welcome here, and I hope one day I'll get to meet her! Thanks for reaching out and saying hi, I'm really glad I know someone as awesome as you!

Micah and I originally met over on BackyardHerds when I joined over there and he messaged me and said hi. Then I started watching his (awesome) YouTube videos and realized what an awesome farm kid he is! He is super funny and is guarenteed to make you laugh, and I love talking about our farms together. Thanks for being outstanding!

Zelda and I first met when she messaged me on my public message board about my chicken named Rey after Star Wars. Since then we have found we share many common intrests, but Star Wars is my favorite. #StarWarsbuddies4lyfeeee Too bad you live all the way across the country! But then again, we'd be a crazy duo if we were neighbors...Thanks for being your positive self!

I just met Dan not too long ago and I'm so glad I did! It turns out we both have pigs, and I love hearing about his! We met on one of those ''late night BYC buddies bashes" yeah, I totally just made that up. I love seeing pictures of his farm animals and hearing him talk about plants, he's pretty smart and I can't wait to get to know him better! Thanks for being cool!

Sarah, Ash, Heavens, BYC wouldn't be the same without you! We met on another one those late night BYC bashes right as she got in from shooting a fox....She thought I hated her for it for a little while, just to be clear, I don't, she's just more of a tomboy than I'll ever be. I love your little "Sarahisms", Great Sirius, ShootingStars, etc. I can't wait to get to know you better!

KFG was another gal I met at probably 3:00 A.M. when I was too sleepy to think, but she's awesome! I think she is my only out of the country friends, it is cool hearing about life down in Brazil, and she has some pretty cows! KFG, thanks for being my ally in the chickens vs ducks game!

Debby and I don't talk all the time, but she is a wonderful and understanding friend. She helped me alot in painful times, and is a wonderfully friendly person who spreads joy and cheer where ever she goes! Thanks for being wonderful!
And last, but not least, thank you to the wonderful BYC moderation team who keeps us in line and the site running smoothly. I've caused my share of trouble, bur I think those crazy days are over and I'm so thankful to have such a wonderful place where I can escape to a land of positivity and friends. You guys are awesome!
