Primarily used as one side of the parent stock for the now common commercial meat bird industry. This is a pure bred example of the rare white variety. They are very stocky and heavy bodied, with short legs and close hard feathering. These birds are very hardy and can handle many climates very well, high protein feed is suggested as chicks and young adults as they mature slowly due to their massive size.
