Ingredients:


6 whole chicken thighs
1 heaping tbsp minced basil
1 tsp. fresh rosemary
1 tbsp fresh sage
1/4 cup fresh parsley
self rising flour
1 cup buttermilk

Cooking Instructions


I like to use thighs for this, but use any part of the chicken you like. Rinse the chicken pieces. Add your herbs and buttermilk. Let sit overnight. Dip in the self rising flour and press it in there real good. Fry in hot oil until brown. Finish in the oven at 350 degrees until no juices are coming out. Some parts may cook completely and you won't need to put in the oven. There are never any leftovers!
