Ingredients:


4 lbs. unpeeled apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. apple juice
1/3 tsp. allspice

Cooking Instructions


Quarter apples and put in crockpot. Pour in remaining ingredients. Set crockpot on low and cook 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove lid last 3-4 hours. Blend in blender when done and put in jars and seal. Makes approximately 5 pints.
