Ingredients:


1 med. Onion
4 tsp. Garlic
8 Chicken drumsticks
8 Chicken thighs
1/4 cup Lime juice
1/4 cup Orange juice
2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
Chopped cilantro to taste

Cooking Instructions


Place onion and garlic in a slow cooker (crock pot) arrange chicken on the top. Stir juices, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper in a measuring cup and pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 5 to 8 hours until chicken is cooked.


Note: I serve this with rice (which stretches every meal). If I have any chicken leftover I use it for the on top of a green garden salad the next day and serve lots of buttered bread with it (my kids making their own salads and put whatever they wanted into their own bowls).
