Ingredients:


6 hard boiled eggs
1/8 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tbsp pickle relish
2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for garnish

Cooking Instructions


Peel and halve the boiled eggs. Carefully remove the ball of yolk leaving the egg half intact. Mash the yolks together with small amounts of the other ingredients like making egg salad. Use the mixture to fill the egg halves. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and garnish with a slice of stuffed olive or a sprig of parsley.
