The first video is with the first drill.

We pulled the switch out of that drill and put it in the second drill with 30' of cord. We removed the motor and switch from the second drill. So the second drill only acts as the switch for the first.

Then we tack welded a nut to a piece of angle iron and attached to the door. Just chuck up the threaded rod to the first drill and you are good to go. This should work with all models and voltage. Not a whole lot of brains in this one.
