Except as otherwise provided in section 3.68, no person shall keep, corral, or harbor any cow, horse, sheep, goat, hog, or cloven-hoofed animal in the city on any single parcel of property less than one acre in size. (Ord. No. 94-6, § 1.) ++++ Referenced Section 3.68++++ 3.68 Exceptions. The provisions contained in this article shall not apply to: (a) Any dog while utilized by any police department or any law enforcement officer in the performance of police work.
