Additional Information | 3.4 Certain animals prohibited in city on less than one-acre lots. Except as otherwise provided in section 3.68, no person shall keep, corral, or harbor any cow, horse, sheep, goat, hog, or cloven-hoofed animal in the city on any single parcel of property less than one acre in size. (Ord. No. 94-6, § 1.) ++++ Referenced Section 3.68++++ 3.68 Exceptions. The provisions contained in this article shall not apply to: (a) Any dog while utilized by any police department or any law enforcement officer in the performance of police work. (b) Any animal shelter owned, operated or maintained by the animal control officer; or (c) Any licensed kennel, humane society shelter, animal control facility or veterinarian. (Ord.
