I enjoy how you're updating your build. Getting some ideas for the coop I'm in the process of constructing my coop on a trailer out of recycled materials! Probably going to use the idea of shutters on hinges and the poop board that will most likely help with having to clean every morning. Way better in the board than on the floor.

I love the name, I love the design and all the care and love you poured into it. I love that you keep updating it, and tell us about it. Nice details for your readers.

If you have a rooster, I hope you name him Heathcliff!
I love that you used what you could find to make a comfy house for your chickies!
I love it! How cute
I always really like the coops that are built using things that would often be discarded, and this coop is outstanding in that respect. Very nice job of using available low cost and no cost resources and your coop is highly functional and cute too. WTG!
Oh, I really like your coop and run! First things I noticed were the ladders made with branches for the rungs and then I started seeing all the other fun imaginative touches. Really nice!
Nice job!. Looks great, and suitable to a California climate.
I am very impressed with your coop. You obviously put a lot of thought and work into it!
This coop is practical and built very well. The materials used were mostly to hand and hasnt been over complicated! Great job!

What a great job - on both the coop AND the article. Lots of description, lots of good pictures ... and lots of recycled material. This coop belongs in the thread "What have you recycled." It's a recycling masterpiece!
