'For SUB-Beginners (Like me ) Episode 2.

Base is done and now the walls frames needed to be made.
I unscrewed the frames base boards i had screwed down alone (WHAT WAS I THINKING?) and then made 2 side frames.Did need a lot of shims on the braces
I have worried every day that ths space will be too small for my 11 chickens so last minute decided on it to be not 4x4x4 but 4 x 4 by 6 H. thats seems to be enough sq footage if i did my math correctly.(You never know) but need more wood now.
Funny how i spend my early wake up moments and last thoughts of the day on how it will look inside and out. PLANS PLans
My taller plan i THINK will only change the sides but the rest of the plans should be the same if i am not forgetting some important factor.(Will see!)
Now wondering if the chickens can fly to a perch up 5 feet? Do i need a partial floor at about 3 feet?

I DID figure out how to keep some of the wood chips from spraying my face as i cut left handed with the circular saw...just stand back farther behind the saw not to the side so much . The last cuts were true so i am thrilled i am making progress on carpentry 101.

Had problems getting screws back out of the wood though. They just spun around but figured if i put the point down hard on something to put pressure they would come back out with drill on backwards..It worked !
They all did but one and i hammered it out.So no lost wood.Thank goodness .
Now onward and upward...
