4 c. sugar
6 c. hot water
46 oz. Orange Juice (canned is fine)
46 oz. Pineapple Juice
5 large Bananas, mashed
2 lemons (use only the juice)
2 qts. Ginger Ale
Dissolve sugar in hot water and let cool. Add remaining ingredients, except the Ginger Ale, freeze in a covered container until ready to use. When ready to serve, partially thaw banana mixture, place in a punch bowl and add Ginger Ale. Break up ice and stir until a slush is formed.
Note: Great to make ahead, perfect for weddings.
