E. Enclosures. F. Public Nuisances. It is unlawful to keep or maintain animals which create objectionable odors or noise if such unreasonably interfere with the comfortable and peaceful use of adjacent properties and/or constitute a health hazard. If, upon an investigation by the city, it is determined that a nuisance does in fact exist, the owner of the property upon which such nuisance is found to exist shall abate such nuisance within ten days after written notification from the city.
