Ingredients:

1(11-oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk)
1(10-oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
3/4 pkg. mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
nuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

In large, microwave safe mixing bowl, pour in both bags of chips, and peanut butter. Microwave on medium heat in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until chips and peanut butter mix smoothly. Add marshmallows, and nuts if desired. Stir only until marshmallows are coated evenly. Pour out onto waxed paper, or into wax paper lined pan (large and shallow works best). Refrigerate until hardened. Cut into 1" squares.

Note: This was one of those "special" recipes that I enjoyed making every Christmas with my grandmother when I was a little girl. Now that Grandma is gone, I pass it on to as many people as I can, in her memory. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
